Trauma Therapy
Trauma can leave lasting marks on how we think, feel, and relate to the world. Guided by praxis—the link between reflection and action—we work with you to process painful experiences, rebuild a sense of safety, and reclaim your voice. Our approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and paced to your comfort, helping you move toward healing and greater resilience.
-
Relationship Issues
Relationships can be a source of joy, but they can also bring stress, conflict, and pain. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, trust issues, or the end of a relationship, we offer a supportive space to explore patterns, strengthen boundaries, and foster healthier connections. With praxis at the core, we help you turn new insights into practical steps for change.
-
Anxiety
Anxiety can make everyday life feel overwhelming—whether it’s constant worry, racing thoughts, or physical tension. Together, we’ll explore what’s fueling your anxiety and develop tools to calm your mind and body. Rooted in praxis, our work combines understanding your experiences with putting strategies into practice, so you can feel more at ease and in control.
-
Depression
Depression can drain your energy, cloud your thinking, and make it hard to see a way forward. We’re here to listen without judgment and walk alongside you as you rediscover meaning, motivation, and hope. Through the lens of praxis, we pair reflection on what’s been weighing you down with practical, manageable steps toward feeling better. We find ways to support your mental health and strengthen strategies that supports long-term well-being.
-
Mental Health & Well-Being
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. We support adults navigating life changes, stress, identity exploration, and personal growth. We also work with clients who want to maintain their well-being and strengthen the habits that help them thrive. With praxis guiding our work, we help you reflect on your experiences, discover new perspectives, and take action toward the life you want—one step at a time.
-
Substance Use & Addiction
Substance use can become a way of coping with pain, stress, or difficult life experiences, but it can also create new challenges and strain relationships. We offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your relationship with substances, understand the role they play in your life, and find healthier ways to cope. We blend reflection with practical steps to help you move toward stability, well-being, and self-compassion.
